Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods (new releases, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after the official release date.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including:

Standard Shipping (Tracked or Untracked)
Expedited Shipping (Tracking included)
International Shipping (where applicable)

Shipping costs are calculated based on location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for all tracked shipping methods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
For untracked shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery and are not liable for lost mail.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United States and selected international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your region, please contact us before ordering.

Packaging

All cards are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders.
Larger orders or sealed products are boxed with padding to prevent damage.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracked package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
For untracked shipments, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.
